STEP 1 - Client Value Assessment

  • Your expectations are fully documented in our proprietary database.
  • We discuss your goals and values to ensure that we deliver the best possible candidates.
  • Qualified XCPCNL candidates are then provided with specific on-boarding information to ensure that they meet your expectations from day one.
  • Each XCPCNL candidate must make a personal commitment to uphold our high performance standards when representing your company.

STEP 2 - Candidate Selection and Placement

  • On Target – XCPCNL’s exclusive performance-based candidate selection process is used to develop specific criteria for your job requirements.
  • We then use our proprietary database to identify top-performing temporary and direct hire candidates who meet or exceed your On Target profile. 

STEP 3 - On-the-Job Assurance

Day One:

  • Arrival confirmation
  • Field Associate checks in
  • Four-hour performance confirmation


  • Productivity evaluation
  • Regular check-ins

STEP 4 - Assignment Satisfaction Analysis

  • We provide all clients with an opportunity to evaluate XCPCNL through quarterly Net Promoter (NPS)* surveys. The feedback you provide allows us to continually improve and perfect our services.
  • We place so much emphasis on client satisfaction that we have continually received NPS satisfaction ratings that are up to two times the industry average.
